Through thoughtful enquiry and meaningful conversations, you will develop your own strategies, always with autonomy and choice over the pace and direction of our work.
Your coaching experience will be supported by a blend of specialist training, leadership insight from managing a voluntary organisation's service and two decades of therapeutic trauma support.
My calm, steady presence is here to support your clarity, confidence and wellbeing as you navigate emotions with more ease and confidence, develop healthier boundaries and compassionate self-awareness and improve communication and strengthen personal and professional relationships.
